Christmas Tea-In-A-Box and Goodie Boxes
To be creative in this time of COVID (and to make sure no one misses out on yummy church treats!) this year we will share some fun and goodies with the creation of Take Home Tea Room Packages and Bake Table Goodie Boxes.
Tea Room in a Box is available for $10.00 each and includes finger sandwiches, veggies, sweets and a tea bag.
Goodie Boxes are available for $15.00 each and include a selection of Baked Sweets.
All must be pre-ordered by Wednesday, December 2nd and will be assembled in take-out containers using COVID Safety Protocols.
How do I purchase?
eTransfer with Autodeposit: Your money will automatically be deposited into the Julian bank account (no security question required). From your bank account website, send an eTransfer to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the etransfer indicate how many of each box you are ordering.
In-Person: Send an email to the church office to order your boxes. Drop off your money, in an envelope that has ’Tea/Goodie Boxes’ on the outside of the envelope, in the mail slot at the 8 Withrow Avenue entrance.
Remember: Orders must be received before Wednesday, December 2nd.
How do I pick up my boxes?
On Saturday, December 5th from 10am – 2pm (at the Parish Hall Entrance) you can pick up your annual baking stash and a yummy tea room box.
Please come to the Parish Hall Entrance with a Mask on and we will grab your boxes and give them to you at the door.
What happens if I don’t pick up my boxes?
If your boxes are left at the Parish Hall on Saturday, December 5th after 2pm please know that they will be donated to one of our local community partners (i.e. Nelson House, Carlington Chaplaincy).
What if I want to donate to the boxes?
We are looking for volunteers who can donate baking, tea room sandwiches, or financial donations for supplies.
