Pre-Registration for In-Person Worship

Hello Community Friends!
We once again look forward to you attending the in-person church service this Sunday, October 3rd.
There are a number of things to consider and do prior to coming, in order to ensure safety of yourselves and others.
Please read this information before filling out the registration form.
1. Please review and pre-screen yourself prior to registering for in-person attendance AND
prior to departing your home on Sunday (please ensure everyone who is attending
church with you also goes through the screening process). You can find the screening

Online Church until your isolation is over.
3. What does In-person church look like and what will I need to do/wear?
a. Julian of Norwich Anglican is following all of the Yellow guidelines set out by the Anglican Diocese of Ottawa and the Julian of Norwich COVID-19 Plan. We have room for 50 people in total (including the worship team) that can be distributed in a maximum of 20 parishioner seating bubbles. Ais a designated area in the pew where the parishioner will sit. It is at least two metres from the bubble on the other end of the pew and two meters away from the pew in front and behind. The bubble could be one person, or a family, but they must be distanced from the next bubble. Each bubble is located at the end of a pew, with the middle section of pews cordoned off. Attendees will stay in their bubble seating for the entire service and Eucharist will be brought to the seats.
b. Masks, social distancing and hand sanitizing are required as each person enters the church. Each individual will be processed separately at the door, so you may consider waiting in your car until there is no line-up. You will be welcomed by a greeter who will ask you if you have preregistered, if you have pre-screened for COVID-19 and have been able to say ‘no’ to all screening questions.
c. If all is good, then you will proceed to the registration desk where you will verify your contact information and be assigned a bubble area to sit in. To minimize cross flow, seating will occur from the front of the church to the back of the church. Family members up to a maximum of 3 will be allowed to sit in one bubble. After hand sanitizing again, another greeter will escort you to your assigned bubble so the seating can occur quickly.
d. You will be required to stay in that bubble area throughout the service. Maté Baker, our organist, will be providing music to our service, however there will be no singing. The sharing of the peace will happen with your eyes and hand waves from your bubble location. Following the service, the greeters will help direct you as you leave your seat and exit the building, with the church emptied from the back pews to the front. Unfortunately, there will be no coffee hour and although you will be happy to see one another and like to chat, we ask that you proceed directly to your car and leave the property.
e. A friendly note: we ask that those coming to worship start coming at 9:30am in order to allow all to be seated prior to the start of the service. As well, we are discouraging the use of washrooms, as much as possible.
This registration is for the 10:00 a.m. service that is happening on October 3rd.

Please NOTE: Online Registration for the Sunday ends at 11:00 a.m. on the Friday before the service. If you are wanting to attend the Sunday service and it is after 11:00 a.m. on Friday, please do not complete the registration form. You may still come to the service on a first come first served basis and complete the contact information when you are there.
