Meet our Ministry Team
Jillian Gauthier, Rector’s Warden

I have been connected to the Anglican community since my teenage years. I first became involved at St. Richard’s Anglican Church prior to its amalgamation in 2015. What drew me back to church as a teen was a vibrant youth group and lively Friday night youth dances — a welcoming space that quickly became home. My brother and I attended regularly and eventually convinced our parents to return to Sunday services as well. That decision, made 20 years ago, marked the beginning of my family’s renewed and lasting commitment to the church.
Since the amalgamation, I have been an active member of Julian of Norwich. I joined Parish Council in 2018 and stepped into a leadership role in 2020, becoming one of the youngest wardens in the diocese at the time.
I am deeply passionate about community engagement. I believe the church should be a vibrant and welcoming presence, and my heart feels fullest when its doors are open to the wider community for connection, fellowship, and service.
Outside of church life, I work full-time as a Preschool Teacher, a role that reflects my nurturing spirit and love of community. In my free time, I enjoy spending time at the lake and going for walks with my dog, Frank.
